Accessibility statement
Heardback (company in formation) wants everyone to be able to answer a Heardback survey and to use this site. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we do
- Every control is a real button, link or input, reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus state.
- The survey works without JavaScript animations and honours the reduced-motion preference.
- Text is resizable to 200% without loss of content; colour is never the only way information is conveyed (the "you" marker on charts has a label as well as a colour).
- Reveal cards shipped as images carry alternative text that repeats the headline.
- Forms announce errors in text next to the field.
- The interface is available in English and Hindi, with more languages planned.
Known limitations
- The drag slider for amount questions has a "type a number instead" alternative but is not yet fully operable with a screen reader in every browser.
- Card images shared to social platforms carry the headline in the image; platforms may drop the alt text.
- Legal pages are long; a table of contents is planned.
Feedback
If anything is hard to use, email privacy@heardback.co with "accessibility" in the subject. We reply within five business days and treat reported blockers as defects to fix.
